Chromatography
Chromatography is a separation technique. It is a powerful separation tool used to separate components from complex mixtures. In 1906 for the first time, the term chromatography was introduced by the Russian botanist Mikhail Tswett.
Principle of Chromatography
Chromatography is based on the principle of applying mixed molecules to the surface or to the solid. Some of the mixture ‘s components remain in the stationary phase longer, and move slowly in the chromatography system, while others move quickly into the mobile phase.
